Launch event

An electric visual system built to move at speed.

A commissioned motion system designed for the live launch event of the all-electric Vauxhall Corsa-e, shaped through speed, interference, electric colour and illuminated digital signals.

The work was conceived for an unusually wide event display, turning the panoramic format itself into part of the visual behaviour.

Segmented typography, switching signals and graphic interruption established a language of change rather than a sequence of fixed event graphics.

Across the motion, identity, culture and vehicle imagery move between recognition and fragmentation before resolving into the electric product.

A system of switches, marks and illuminated type.

The opening language was built from fragments that feel activated rather than placed: segmented characters, switching commands, repeated marks and partial signals.

Each element could interrupt, dissolve or reassemble across the full width of the display.

Switch behaviour03

Culture, identity and texture collide.

The cleaner signal system was disrupted by noise, collage and cultural fragments. The visual world becomes denser and more volatile without losing its underlying grammar.

Colour behaves like electrical energy—moving between amber, red, blue and green as images collide, repeat and break apart.

Play state07

From electric trace to physical form.

The vehicle first appears as signal, outline and surface. Recognition develops gradually through interruption rather than conventional product reveal.

Fragments of bodywork, road and illuminated detail finally resolve the system around the all-electric Corsa-e.

Mark / completion13

One grammar across an extreme digital canvas.

The project established a coherent live motion identity capable of holding typography, brand signal, cultural texture and product imagery within one panoramic visual field.

Its energy comes from behaviour rather than decoration: forms switch, interfere, repeat and resolve, giving the all-electric Corsa-e launch a distinct rhythm and material presence.
